Ch. 3 1994 LAWS OF MARYLAND 19A. (A) THIS SECTION APPLIES ONLY IN THE CITY OF ANNAPOLIS IN ANNE (B) Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the City [of Annapolis] may issue a DRAFTER'S NOTE; This section is amended to clarify language and structure. 20.
