645BB.                         

(c) An individual who is employed through a work release program under this
section shall:

(1)      [reimburse] REIMBURSE the Carroll County Sheriff's Department for
the Department's estimated cost of providing food and lodging to the individual, and for
estimated expenses incurred by the Department. because of the individual's participation
in the work release program; AND

(2)      PAY COURT ORDERED RESTITUTION PAYMENTS TO THE SHERIFF.

645CC.                                                                                                         

(a) Prisoners incarcerated in the Talbot County jail who are employed under the
provisions of § 645K of this article shall be required to pay COURT ORDERED
RESTITUTION PAYMENTS AND the cost of their own food, lodging, and clothing while in
the jail.

645EE.

(c) An individual who is employed while in a work release program under this
section shall:

(1)      [reimburse] REIMBURSE the Howard County Department of
Correction by means of paying a fee based on:

[(1)](I) The Department's estimated cost of providing food and
lodging to the individual; and

[(2)] (II) The estimated expenses incurred by the Department because
of the individual's participation in the work release program; AND

(2)      PAY COURT ORDERED RESTITUTION PAYMENTS TO THE DIRECTOR.

645HH.

(a) Prisoners incarcerated in the Kent County Detention Center who are
employed under the provisions of § 645K of this article shall be required to pay COURT
ORDERED RESTITUTION PAYMENTS AND the reasonable costs of their own food,
lodging, and clothing while in the detention center.

710A.

(i) The earnings of an inmate, less payroll deductions required by law, shall be
collected by or surrendered to the director or his authorized designee, who shall keep an
accurate account of them. From these earnings, the director may deduct:

(1)     An amount determined by the director to be the cost of providing food,
lodging, and clothing to the inmate;

(2)     Actual and necessary food, travel, and other expenses incidental to the
inmate's participation in the work release and rehabilitation program; [or]
