(i) The cost to the county of providing food, lodging, and clothing for
the participant;

(ii) The food, travel, and other expenses of the participant incidental
to participation in the program;

(iii) Voluntary or court ordered payments for support of dependents;

(iv) Court ordered costs and fines;

(v) Repayment to this State for court appointed counsel; [and]

(vi) If ordered by the court, repayment to this State for the services of
the public defender; AND

(VII) COURT ORDERED RESTITUTION PAYMENTS.

(2) Any balance shall be credited to the participant's account and be
disposed of as requested by the participant, with the approval of the Administrator.

(c) (1) A prisoner employed pursuant to this section shall surrender to the
supervisor of the program his total earnings, less payroll deductions received by law.

(2)     The supervisor shall deduct and disburse from such earnings in the
following order of priority:

(i)     Food costs to the County;

(ii)    Lodging costs to the County;

(iii)   Travel costs to the County;

(iv)    Fines and costs imposed by the court; [and]

(v) Such amounts as the prisoner may be obligated to pay for the
support of his dependents; AND

(VI) COURT ORDERED RESTITUTION PAYMENTS.

(3)     The supervisor may assist in the financial management of the prisoner's
other bills and debts.

(4)     Any balance remaining after such deductions and disbursements shall be
credited to the prisoner's account and turned over to the prisoner upon final release from
confinement.

(a) Prisoners incarcerated in the Worcester County jail or the Caroline County
jail who are employed under the provisions of § 645K of this article shall be required to
pay COURT ORDERED RESTITUTION PAYMENTS AND the cost of their own food,
lodging, and clothing while in the jail.
