Article - State Finance and Procurement

10-305.                                                   

(d)     Any redemption of a ground rent, release or assignment of a mortgage; or
satisfaction or assignment of a note, titled or held in the name of the State for the use of
the Board of Trustees of the [Maryland] State Retirement and Pension [Systems]
SYSTEM shall be executed in the manner provided by the laws governing the applicable
retirement system.

11-203.                                                                                                                         

(a)      Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section this Division II does not
apply to:

(1) procurement by:

(vi) the Board of Trustees for [Maryland] THE State Retirement and
Pension [Systems] SYSTEM, for services related to the external management of the
investment of assets of the retirement systems;

(g) (5) A custodian shall permit release of information as provided in [Article
73B, § 1-502 of the Code] § 21-504 OF THE STATE PERSONNEL AND PENSIONS
ARTICLE.

10-617.

(e)      Subject to [Article 73B, § 1-502 of the Code] § 21-504 OF THE STATE
PERSONNEL AND PENSIONS ARTICLE, a custodian shall deny inspection of the part of a
public record that contains the home address or telephone number of an employee of a
unit or. instrumentality of the State or of a political subdivision unless:

(1)      the employee gives permission for the inspection; or

(2)      the unit or instrumentality that employs the individual determines that
inspection is needed to protect the public interest.                                               

Article - State Personnel and Pensions                         

8-102:

(b)      (1) The Program:

(i) subject to the regulations adopted under § 8-103 of this subtitle,
shall encompass all units in the executive, judicial, and. legislative: branches of State
government, including any unit with an independent personnel system;

(ii) shall include the health insurance benefit options established by
the Secretary; and
