WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, Governor Ch. 3 (5) (i) The Board of License Commissioners may issue a special Class 1. Is operated as a dinner theater; 2. Provides live Broadway-style musicals, comedy, or drama to its customers; Is open to the public by reservation only; and 4. Contains a dining room with facilities for preparing and (ii) The holder of a Class B-DT license is authorized to sell at retail 1. Monday through Saturday; and 2. Sunday no sooner than 1 p.m. (iii) The license does not authorize the holder to sell alcoholic beverages: 1. For off-premises consumption by the drink or by the bottle; or that: 2. At any time except in conjunction with the dinner theater. (2) [this] THIS license may be issued for use in a bona fide hotel or motel (i) Is an establishment for the accommodation of the public; (ii) Provides services ordinarily found in hotels or motels; (iii) Is equipped with not less than 25 rooms; and (iv) Has a lobby with a registration and mail desk and seating facilities. [(2)] (3) This license may be issued [in Garrett County] to a restaurant (i) Has a seating capacity at tables, not including seats at bars or (ii) Is capable of preparing and serving full-course meals for 20 or - 217 -
