(3)     A PRISONER WHO VIOLATES THE TERMS OF AN AUTHORIZATION
FOR COMPASSIONATE LEAVE IS SUBJECT TO THE SANCTIONS PROVIDED UNDER
SUBSECTION (F)(1) OF THIS SECTION.

(4)     A PRISONER WHO IS GRANTED LEAVE UNDER THIS SUBSECTION
MAY BE REQUIRED TO REIMBURSE THE DORCHESTER COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF
CORRECTIONS FOR ANY EXPENSES INCURRED BY THE DEPARTMENT IN GRANTING
THE LEAVE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1991.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is an emergency
measure, is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health and safety, has
been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all the members elected to
each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, and shall take effect from the date it is
enacted.

Air Compressors - Reduction in Inspection Fees

FOR the purpose of altering certain fees for inspection of pressure vessels attached to air
compressors by the Chief Boiler Inspector.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

(a) The owner or user of a boiler or pressure vessel required by this subtitle to be
inspected by the Chief Boiler Inspector, or his deputy boiler inspectors, pays directly to
the Chief Boiler Inspector, upon completion of inspection, fees in accordance with the
following schedule:
