Ch. 444 1994 LAWS OF MARYLAND (2) FROM THE INCOME OF THE INDIVIDUAL, THE WARDEN SHALL (I) THE AMOUNT DETERMINED BY THE WARDEN TO BE A (II) THE AMOUNT OF ACTUAL AND NECESSARY FOOD, TRAVEL, (III) ANY AMOUNTS IMPOSED BY THE COURT FOR FINES, COSTS, (IV). ANY AMOUNT THAT THE INDIVIDUAL MAY BE LEGALLY (V) IF ORDERED BY THE COURT, REPAYMENT TO THE STATE OR (3) THE WARDEN SHALL CREDIT ANY REMAINING BALANCE TO THE INDIVIDUAL, AND APPROVED BY THE WARDEN. (F) (1) IF THE PRISONER VIOLATES ANY TRUST OR CONDITIONS (2) IF A CONDITION IMPOSED ON A PRISONER BY A COURT IS (3) IF A TRUST OR CONDITION IS VIOLATED, THE DORCHESTER (G) (1) THE WARDEN OF THE DORCHESTER COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF THE PRISONER'S IMMEDIATE FAMILY OR TO ATTEND THE VIEWING OR FUNERAL OF (2) THE WARDEN' SHALL ADOPT REGULATIONS AS NECESSARY TO ' - 2140 -
