(i) The restaurant ceases to be operated as a restaurant; or

(ii) The holder's Class B beer, wine and liquor (on-sale) license is
revoked or transferred to a different location.

(5)     If the holder's Class B beer, wine and liquor (on-sale) license is
suspended, the Class 6 pub-brewery license shall be suspended for the same period of
time.

(6)     Except for a license transferred to a new location, a Class 6 pub-brewery
license may be transferred under § 74 of this article if an application for transfer is filed
with the local licensing board and simultaneously filed with the [State Comptroller's
office] OFFICE OF THE COMPTROLLER.

(7)     (i) In Baltimore City, the holder of a Class 6 pub-brewery license may
sell malt beverages for off-premises consumption in sealed refillable containers.

(ii) The containers may be returned and at the time of refill shall be
sealed by the pub-brewery licensee.

(iii) A holder of a Class 6 pub-brewery license in Baltimore City may
not sell malt beverages to any retail alcoholic beverages licensee in [the] THIS State [of
Maryland] for the purpose of a subsequent sale or distribution of that malt beverage
under the retail license.

(8)     In Montgomery County, within the City of Gaithersburg, a holder of a
Class 6 pub-brewery license shall enter into a written agreement with the Department of
Liquor Control for Montgomery County for the sale and resale of all malt beverages
brewed under this license in accordance with this article.

(h) (1) Except for a Class 6 pub-brewery license, the holder of a distillery,
rectifying, winery or brewery license may apply for and obtain, under a different name,
one or more additional distillery, rectifying, winery or brewery licenses for the same or
another premises. [Such] THOSE licenses may be issued to different persons or under
trade names used by persons occupying a part of or all of the same premises.

(2) The holder of a rectifying, winery or brewery license may apply for and
obtain a wholesaler's license of any class for the same premises or elsewhere as provided
under this article.

(i) (1) A Class 7 Baltimore City micro-brewery (on- and off-sale) license shall
be issued:

(i) By the State Comptroller;

(ii) Only in THE FOLLOWING JURISDICTIONS:

1.       Baltimore City; or

2.       Dorchester County; and
