(c) Provided public notice of the change is given at least seven (7) days
prior to a meeting in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation in the county, on
any other day that the President of the County Commissioners or a majority of the County
Commissioners determine.

(2) The County Commissioners may conduct an emergency closed meeting
as authorized under § 10-508 of the State Government Article.

(3) Notwithstanding Subsection A(1) or (2) of this section, the County
Commissioners may cancel meetings because of:

(a)     Illness;

(b)     Vacations; or

(c)     Any other reasonable cause.

(4) The County Commissioners shall give notice, in accordance with §
10-506 of the State Government Article, of:

(a)     The day, place and time that the County Commissioners meet; and

(b)     The cancellation of scheduled meetings.

B.      The salary of the President of the County Commissioners is:

(1)      [Thirty-two thousand five hundred dollars ($32,500.)] $38,100 for
[the] calendar year [1991.] 1995; AND

(2)      [Thirty-four thousand dollars ($34,000.)] $39,250 for [the] calendar
year [1992] 1996 AND FOR EACH SUBSEQUENT CALENDAR YEAR.

[(3) Thirty-five thousand five hundred dollars ($35,500.) for the calendar
year 1993.

(4) Thirty-seven thousand dollars ($37,000.) for the calendar year 1994.]

C.      The salary for the [Charles] OTHER County Commissioners is:

(1)      [Twenty-three thousand five hundred dollars ($23,500.)] $28,840 for
[the] calendar year [1991.] 1995; AND

(2)      [Twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.)] $29,700 for [the] calendar
year [1992] 1996 AND FOR EACH SUBSEQUENT CALENDAR YEAR.

[(3) Twenty-six thousand five hundred dollars ($26,500.) for the calendar
year 1993.

(4) Twenty-eight thousand dollars ($28,000.) for the calendar year 1994.]

D.      The County Commissioners may not receive mileage for attending regular
meetings but shall be reimbursed for mileage, tolls and parking expenses incurred in
travel to other meetings in connection with their duties as County Commissioners.
Reimbursement shall be made upon the submission of vouchers for the expenses monthly
and after the approval of the vouchers by a majority of the County Commissioners.
