(i) On the land or such portion of the land acceptable to the Trust;
and

(ii) On the exterior and interior, where appropriate, of the historic
structures.

(b) The easement must be in form and substance acceptable to the Trust
and the extent of the interest to be encumbered must be acceptable to the Trust.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, that this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1994:

AN ACT concerning

Calvert County - Compensation for Orphans' Court judges

FOR the purpose of increasing the annual compensation for the Chief Judge and
associate judges of the Calvert County Orphans' Court; providing that this Act does
not apply to the salary or compensation of the incumbent judges in office oh the
effective date of this Act, but shall take effect at the beginning of the next following
term of office; and generally relating to orphans' court judges in Calvert County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

(f) Each of the judges of the. court for Calvert County shall receive as annual
compensation the sum of [$3,500] $4,500. the salary of the Chief Judge is [$3,700]
$4,700. The County Commissioners may provide additional funds for expenses for the
judges.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That, pursuant to Article III, §
35 of the Constitution of Maryland, this Act may not be construed to extend or apply to
the salary or compensation of the judges of the Orphans' Court for Calvert County in
