(a) (2) A person who receives a warning letter under Title 16, Subtitle 4 of this
article as a result of point-accumulation shall submit evidence that any vehicle registered
in the person's name, individually or [jointly] JOINTLY, has been continuously covered,
since the effective date of the vehicle's most recent registration, by the security required
under this subtitle.

25-111.

(i) (1) Except as provided for in paragraph (2) of this subsection regulations
adopted under this section for intrastate motor carrier transportation may not:

(vi) Except in the case of bus drivers, apply the provisions of §
391.41(b)(1) through (11) of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations to any person
who:

3. Has a mental or physical condition which would disqualify
the person under the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and:

A. The condition existed on October 1, 1992 or at the time of
the first physical examination after that date to which the person submitted as required
by regulations adopted by the Administration under subsection (k) of this section; and

the Transportation Article is validated by this Act.

27-105.

(a) (1) This section applies to any person charged with a violation of the
Maryland Vehicle Law for exceeding, as to any vehicle or combination of vehicles:
