Ch. 226 1994 LAWS OF MARYLAND 10-610, (a) A person may hunt from a boat or floating blind on days and in open areas of (b) (1) A boat or floating blind not anchored or tied at a licensed blind site may (I) EXCEPT IN THE WATERS OF THE POTOMAC, RIVER IN (II) [within] WITHIN 500 yards of any licensed blind, blind site, (2) This subsection does not apply to any gunning rig other than a boat or (c) A person may not use a sneakboat or bushwack rig within 500 yards of a 10-612. (a) For the purposes of this subtitle, the required amount of shoreline is 500 (b) Except as provided in subsection (c) of this section, a license for a stationary Stationary blind license Blind site license (1) To the owner of riparian Same property who owns not less than the required amount of shoreline, the owner's lessee, licensee, or - assignee, if an application is made before each year. -1656 -
