2.       Provides live Broadway-style musicals, comedy, or drama to
its customers; AND

3.       Is open to the public by reservation [only; and

4.       Contains a dining room with facilities for preparing and
serving full-course meals for at least 120 persons at one seating].

(ii) The holder of a Class [B-DT] B-BT license [is authorized to]
MAY sell at retail beer and light wine by the drink or by the bottle and liquor by the drink
only for on-premises consumption beginning 2 hours before the live performance
[through the end of], DURING the performance, AND FOR 2 HOURS AFTER THE END
OF THE PERFORMANCE on:

1.       Monday through Saturday; and

2.       Sunday no [sooner] EARLIER than 1 p.m.

(iii) The license does not authorize the holder to sell alcoholic
beverages:

1.       For off-premises consumption by the drink or by the bottle;
or

2.       At any time except in conjunction with the [dinner] BUFFET
theater.

(iv) The annual fee for a Class [B-DT] B-BT license is [$1,500] $300.

. SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is an emergency
measure, is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health and safety, has
been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all the members elected to
each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, and shall take effect from the date it is
enacted.

AN ACT concerning

Social Security Payments for Employees of Regional Libraries

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Boards of Trustees of certain regional libraries to
pay certain counties up to certain amounts, representing the regional libraries'
shares of the counties' allocations of the State's estimated Fiscal Year 1993 social
security payments for employees of county public libraries that were used as the
basis for calculating the amounts of certain reductions to amounts due the counties
for Fiscal Year 1993 specified under Section 2 of Chapter 1 of the Acts of the
