AN ACT concerning

Allegany County - Alcoholic Beverages
(Class B-BT Buffet Theater)

FOR the purpose of renaming an Allegany County alcoholic beverages license; altering
the requirements for operating the establishment that is the subject of the license;
permitting certain sales; altering the license fee; and making this Act an emergency
measure.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

19.

(b) (1) The provisions of this subsection apply only in Allegany County.

(3) (i) The Board of License Commissioners may issue a special Class
[B-DT (Dinner Theater)] B-BT (BUFFET THEATER) on-sale beer, light wine and liquor
license for the use of an. establishment that:                                   

1. Is operated as a [dinner] NONPROFIT PROFESSIONAL
theater;
