Ch. 191

(1)     Except for the Assistant State's Attorney, all employees of the Paternity
and Support Division of the Office of the State's Attorney for Cecil County shall be
transferred to the Child Support Enforcement Administration of the Department of
Human Resources in accordance with the provisions of § 10-117(c) of the Family Law

Article.

(2)     It shall be the responsibility of Cecil County to pay to each employee
transferred under this section any money due to the employee on termination of County
employment as of September 30, 1994.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1994.

Dorchester County - Miscellaneous Officials - Salaries

FOR the purpose of altering the compensation levels of the members of the Dorchester
County Liquor Control Board, Board of Supervisors of Elections, and Board of
Education; altering the salary of the Dorchester County Treasurer and Dorchester
County Sheriff; altering the salary of the judges of the Orphans' Court of
Dorchester County; providing that this Act does not apply to the salary or
compensation of certain incumbent officials; providing for the application of this
Act; and making stylistic changes.
