(c) The centralized booking facility or the Baltimore City Detention Center shall
be equipped for video bail review.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1994.

AN ACT concerning

Charitable Solicitation —Devices—Contracts

FOR the purpose of providing that exempting certain organizations from a requirement
to submit a certain fund-raising notice to the Secretary of State before starting a
public solicitation; requiring certain persons who place certain containers or devices
in certain establishments shall in certain cases to make certain disclosures;
providing that the contract requiring an agreement between a professional solicitor
and a charitable organization shall to contain the names and addresses of the
parties; and generally relating to charitable solicitation.
