Ch. 132 1994 LAWS OF MARYLAND CHAPTER 132 AN ACT concerning Rehabilitation and Employment Advisory Commission FOR the purpose of repealing provisions of law relating to the Rehabilitation and BY repealing Article - Education Section 21-307 Annotated Code of Maryland (1992 Replacement Volume and 1993 Supplement) Preamble WHEREAS, The Maryland General Assembly is concerned about services for the WHEREAS, Congress has mandated the establishment of a state unit to be called WHEREAS, The current State statute does not meet the requirements of federal SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article - Education [21-307.
