Ch. 98 1994 LAWS OF MARYLAND ARTICLE AND THE REGULATIONS OF THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS FOR (1) THE LICENSE MAY BE ISSUED ONLY FOR A FACILITY OPERATED AS (I) PROVIDES LIVE BROADWAY-STYLE AND OTHER MUSICALS, (II) IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC BY TICKET PURCHASE OR (III) CONTAINS A DINING ROOM AND FACILITIES FOR PREPARING (2) THE HOLDER OF A CLASS B (DT) LICENSE MAY SELL: (I) BEER AND WINE BY THE DRINK OR BY THE BOTTLE; (II) LIQUOR BY THE DRINK ONLY; (III) AT RETAIL FOR ON-PREMISES CONSUMPTION BEGINNING 2 (IV) SEVEN DAYS PER WEEK; AND (3) THE HOLDER OF A CLASS B (DT) LICENSE MAY NOT SELL: (I) ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES FOR OFF-PREMISES CONSUMPTION; (II) AT ANY TIME EXCEPT IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE OPERATION OF THE DINNER THEATRE. [(4)](F) The license authorizes on-premises sales only.
