Ch. 86 1994 LAWS OF MARYLAND membership of the authority does not impair the right of the quorum to exercise all rights 11-205. A manager may be appointed by the authority, and shall hold office at the pleasure (1) Attend all meetings of the authority, and act as its recording secretary (2) Approve all accounts for salaries, per diem payments, and allowable (3) Maintain a close liaison with the Calvert County Economic Development (4) Perform whatever other duties as may be directed by the authority in the 11-206. The authority may: (1) Adopt bylaws for the regulation of its affairs and. the conduct of its (2) Adopt an official Seal and alter it at pleasure; (3) Maintain an office at whatever place or places within the County it (4) Employ a manager, assistants, agents, and other employees as necessary (5) Accept from a federal agency loans or grants for use in carrying out its (6) Request for its guidance, review and comment by the regional economic - 1154 -
