(2) The Secretary of Budget and Fiscal Planning shall incorporate these
adjustments into the budget recommendations for the Governor's review and approval for
inclusion in the annual budget request.

(b) (1) The Advisory Council consists of [25] 27 members. The members shall
be appointed by the Board from a list of three qualified nominees submitted to the Board
by their respective organizations or associations represented on the Council. The
appointments by the Board shall be subject to the approval of the Governor.

Error: Erroneous listing of the number of members comprising the
Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council in § 13-1D-11(b)(1) of the
Education Article.

Occurred: Ch. 592, Acts of 1993.

13-1D-14.                                                                                                               

(b) The chief administrative officer of the Center is the Director who:

(1) Shall be appointed by the Board of Directors of the Medical System
Corporation, subject to the approval of the Governor or the passage of 60 days from the
date of the appointment, whichever occurs first; and

(b) (2) On recommendation of [these boards] THE COMMISSION, the
Governor shall appoint a board of community college trustees for that county.

Error: Obsolete reference in § 16-201(b)(2) of the Education Article.

Occurred: As the result of Ch. 464, Acts of 1991, which abolished the State
Board for Community Colleges, thereby vesting sole authority in the Maryland
