Approved April 12, 1994. AN ACT concerning State Board of Architects - Waiver of Examination Requirements FOR the purpose of providing that an applicant for an architect's license who is licensed BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article - Business Occupations and Professions Section 3-306 Annotated Code of Maryland (1989 Volume and 1993 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article - Business Occupations and Professions 3-306. (a) Subject to the provisions of this section, the Board may waive any examination (1) is licensed to practice architecture in another state or country; or (2) is certified by the Council. (b) The Board may grant a waiver under this section for an applicant who is (1) is of good character and reputation; (2) pays to the Board an application fee not exceeding $100, as set by the (3) provides adequate evidence that: - 1005 - CHAPTER 13 WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, Governor Ch. 13
