(a) The Board of Trustees shall use the moneys in the Fund to:

(1)     Make awards to assist:

(i) In the acquisition, [construction] CONSTRUCTION, rehabilitation,
or preservation of affordable housing;

(ii) The efforts of nonprofit organizations to develop affordable
housing; and                                                                                    .

(iii) With the operating expenses of housing developments, in the
promotion of affordable [housing.] HOUSING; AND

(2)     Pay actual operating and staffing expenses directly related to the
activities of the Trust, provided such expenses annually do not exceed 5% of the Fund.

Article 88B - State Police

(c) The Superintendent shall serve at the pleasure of the Governor and shall
receive such salary as provided in the State budget. [The incumbent Superintendent as of
July 1, 1970, shall continue as Superintendent at the pleasure of the Governor.]

(j) "Grade" means the percentage of total nitrogen (N), available phosphoric
acid [(P₂O₅)] (H₃PO₄), and soluble potash (K₂O) stated in whole numbers in the same
terms, order, and percentages as in the "guaranteed .analysis". In the case of any
"specialty fertilizer" or "mixed-to-order fertilizer" guarantees may be stated in decimal
fractions of whole numbers.
