(Senate Bill 790)                       

AN ACT concerning

Estates and Trusts - Probate Information Booklets - Removal of Termination Provision

FOR the purpose of removing the termination provision from the law authorizing
registers of wills to provide to the public, an information booklet and materials on
probate matters; and providing for the effective date of this Act.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Chapter 302 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1991
Section 2

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Chapter 302 of the Acts of 1991

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1991. [It shall remain effective for a period of 2 years and, at the end of June 30,
1993, with no further action required by the General Assembly, this Act shall be
abrogated and of no further force and effect.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1,993.

(House Bill 47)

AN ACT concerning

Washington County - Dog Licenses

FOR the purpose of authorizing the County Commissioners of Washington County to
provide by ordinance that a dog license shall expire at the same time as a rabies
vaccination certification; and authorizing the County Commissioners to provide that
the fee for a dog license or the duration of the term of a license be prorated to
reflect altered license terms.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
