WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, Governor Ch. 10 (1) WHENEVER THREE OR MORE VACANCIES ARE EXPECTED IN THAT (2) WHEN REQUIRED BY § 4-209 OF THIS SUBTITLE; AND (3) AT ANY OTHER TIME THE SECRETARY CONSIDERS AN (D) LOCATION OF EXAMINATIONS. WHEN NECESSARY, THE SECRETARY SHALL CONDUCT EXAMINATIONS IN (E) HELP FOR DISABLED INDIVIDUALS.
