1993 LAWS OF MARYLAND (C) EACH MEMBER OF THE COMMISSION IS ENTITLED TO REIMBURSEMENT FOR (D) STAFF FOR THE ADVISORY COMMITTEE SHALL BE PROVIDED BY THE 19-1605. ON REQUEST OF THE COMMISSION, THE ADVISORY COMMITTEE SHALL ADVISE, (1) DEFINE APPROPRIATE CLINICAL INDICATIONS AND METHODS OF (2) ARE CONSISTENT WITH THE APPROPRIATE STANDARDS OF CARE; (3) ARE-DESIGNED TO DISCOURAGE INAPPROPRIATE UTILIZATION; AND (4) ARE NOT INCONSISTENT WITH CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, OR 19-1606. (A) ON RECEIPT OF A PROPOSAL OF THE ADVISORY COMMITTEE CONCERNING (B) THE COMMISSION MAY ADOPT A PRACTICE PARAMETER IF: (1) THE PROPOSAL OF THE ADVISORY COMMITTEE INCLUDES A (2) THE PROPOSAL OF THE ADVISORY COMMITTEE INCLUDES SUPPORTING (3) THE PROPOSAL OF THE ADVISORY COMMITTEE INCLUDES SUPPORTING (C) ANY PRACTICE PARAMETER ADOPTED BY THE COMMISSION SHALL REMAIN IN - 566 - Ch. 9
