Amendment No, 30:

On page 162, in line 13, strike the numerals "16" and substitute the numerals "17'',
and in line 19, strike the numerals "17" and substitute the numerals "18"; and following
line 12, add the following words "SECTION 16. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED,
That authorization is hereby granted to transfer by budget amendment, amounts certified
by the Secretary of Budget and Fiscal Planning to be necessary to implement provisions of
the recommendations of the Governor's Commission on Efficiency and Economy in
Government and the Maryland Task Force on Privatization and amounts necessary to
provide funds for the operation of buildings acquired for the purpose of moving State
units from rented space to State owned space."
