On page 120, in line 20, strike the numerals "$72,629" and substitute the numerals
"$52,020"; and in line 22, strike the word "legislation" and substitute the word "SB 789",

Amendment No. 21:

On page 121, strike line 1 in its entirety and substitute the words "THE
CHELTENHAM YOUTH FACILITY".

Amendment No. 22:

On page 122, strike lines 21 through 25 in their entirety.

Amendment No. 23:

On page 126, in the unnumbered line following line 24, add the words "STATE
RESERVE FUND"; and in the second unnumbered line following line 24, add the words
"1993 Deficiency Appropriation".

Amendment No. 24:

On page 127, in line 33, following the word "classification.", add the words
"Notwithstanding the inclusion of salaries for positions which are determined by agencies
with independent salary setting authority in the salary schedule sot forth below, such
salaries may be adjusted during the fiscal year in accordance with such salary setting
authority.".

Amendment No. 25:

On page 132, in line 23, strike the numerals "85,800" and substitute the numerals
"90,000".

On page 136, strike the unnumbered line following line 10 in its entirety and
substitute the words "FY 1994".

Amendment No. 27:

On page 151, in line 11, strike the letter and numerals "B 53,581" and substitute
the numerals "4 60,307".                         

Amendment No. 29:

On page 161, in lines 21, 22 and 23, strike the words "Assistant Secretary of Juvenile
Services" and substitute the word "Director" in each instance.
