Amendment No. 4:

On page 38, in line 14, strike the words "Personnel and Staff Development" and
substitute the words "Human Resource Services".

Amendment No. 5:

On page 39, in line 1, strike the words "- CAPITAL PROGRAMS" and substitute
the words "AND FORESTRY".

Amendment No. 6:

On page 40, in line 33, strike the word "legislation" and substitute the words "HB
593 or HB 419".

Amendment No. 7:

On page 43, beginning in line 22 and ending in line 24, strike the words "legislation"
through "tax." and substitute the words "SB 780 imposing a certain amount of admissions
and amusement tax in the Town of Ocean City and dedicating the revenues from the tax
to certain purposes relating to ocean beach replenishment".

Amendment No. 8:

On page 44, in line 1, strike the word "LAND" and substitute the words "LANDS
AND FORESTRY".

Amendment No. 9:

On page 51, in line 20, strike the word "Agland" and substitute the words
"Agricultural Land".

Amendment No. 10:

On page 58, beginning in line 16 and ending in line 20, strike the words ". Provided"
through "services." and substitute the words "or any other health related activities as
determined necessary by the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene. Provided further
that each subdivision must provide matching funds based on that percentage of half of the
total estimated real and personal property valuations of all subdivisions which that
subdivision's total estimated real and personal property valuation bear to the total
estimated real and personal property valuations of all subdivisions; however, no
subdivision shall pay more than 80% of its budget for targeted local health services nor
less than 20%.".

Amendment No. 11:

On page 66, in line 32, strike the numerals "32.13.01.12" and substitute the
numerals "32.13.01.02".

Amendment No. 12:

On page 70, in line 32, strike the word "legislation" and substitute the words "SB
781 or HB 1474".
