Amendment No. 1:

On page 5, beginning in line 11 and ending in line 14, strike the words "Provided"
through "1993." in their entirety; and beginning in line 18 and ending in line 22, strike the
words ", provided" through "1993." in their entirety; and beginning in line 25 and ending
in line 29, strike the words ", provided" through "1993." in their entirety; and beginning
in line 31 and ending in line 35, strike the words ", provided" through "1993." in their
entirety.

Amendment No. 2:

On page 29, in line 14, strike the word "legislation" and substitute the words "SB
318".

Amendment No. 3:

On page 33, in line 24, strike the numerals "10,831,331" and substitute the numerals
"10,791,331". This correction has no affect on the budget summary contained on pages
163 and 164. This was a printing error in the preparation of the budget bill. The
substituted number is the number shown in all supporting documents and summaries.
