General Fund Appropriation, provided that
this appropriation is contingent upon the
enactment of HB 419 authorizing certain
funds relating to liquidated damages for
failure to comply with the prevailing wage
law to be used for certain purposes. Further
provided that these funds shall only be used
for the Prevailing Wage Unit and may not
be transferred to another program or
purpose by budget amendment or otherwise.
