32.13.01.02 Community Services

To become available immediately upon
passage of this budget to supplement the
appropriation for fiscal year 1993 to provide
funds for fiscal year 1992 community
placements which exceeded budgeted
amounts. Provided, that this appropriation
may only be used to offset the fiscal year
1992 deficiency resulting from community
placements which exceed budgeted
amounts. And further provided, no part of
this appropriation may be transferred by
budget amendment to any other program or
purpose and no part of this appropriation
may be used to expand or enhance fiscal
year 1993 community placement activities.
Any portion of this appropriation not used
for this purpose shall be reverted.
