Ch. 8

The following amounts constitute the General
Fund appropriation for the State operated
institutions of higher education. The State
Comptroller is hereby authorized to transfer
these amounts to the accounts of the
programs indicated below in four equal
allotments; said allotments to be made on
July 1 and October 1 of 1993 and January 1
and April 1 of 1994. Neither this
appropriation nor the amounts herein
enumerated constitute a lump sum
appropriation as contemplated by Sections
7-207 and 7-233 of the State Finance and
Procurement Article of the Code.
