General Fund Appropriation...........................

It is the intent of the General Assembly that
Aid to Non-Public Institutions of Higher
Education formula funding as requested by
the Governor be based on the most recent
prior year's appropriation for the 4-year
public higher education institutions specified
in COMAR as approved by the General
Assembly or as revised by the Board of
Public Words Works rather than the
appropriation as subsequently reallocated
by the Board of Regents budget amendment.
