AN ACT concerning

Collective Bargaining Agreement - Deputy Sheriff's Association of Prince George's

County, Inc. (Deputy Sheriffs)

FOR the purpose of amending the labor agreement by and between Prince George's
County and the Deputy Sheriff's Association of Prince George's County, Inc., to
provide for the deferral of pay raises and other modifications in wages, hours and
other terms and conditions of employment for personnel classifications certified by
the Prince George's County Public Employee Relations Board.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:
SUBTITLE 16. PERSONNEL.
Section 16-233(f)(14),
The Prince George's County Code
(1991 Edition).

FOR the purpose of amending the labor agreement by and between Prince George's
County and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees,
AFL-CIO, and its affiliated Locals 2462 and 2735, to provide for the deferral of pay
raises and other modifications in wages, hours and other terms and conditions of
employment for personnel classifications certified by the Prince George's County
Public Employee Relations Board.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:
SUBTITLE 16. PERSONNEL.
Section 16-233(f)(3) and (7),
The Prince George's County Code
(1991 Edition).
