An Act amending Section 16.102 "Agency Responsible for Administration" of Title 16
"Planning, Zoning and Subdivision and Land Development Regulations" of the Howard
County Code to require that the Department of Planning and Zoning notify a registered
list of subscribers of submission of sketch plans or preliminary equivalent sketch plans for
subdivisions and that written comments may be submitted prior to the meeting of the
Subdivision Review Committee BY A CERTAIN DATE.
