AN ACT concerning

Zoning Administration and Development Management

FOR the purpose of creating the Office of Zoning Administration and Development
Management within the Office of the Zoning Commissioner, providing for a
Director, specifying the duties of the Director, amending certain statutes in order to
transfer certain duties from the Zoning Commissioner to the Director, providing for
a right of appeal from decisions of the Director, specifying the general duties of the
Director of Zoning Administration and Development Management with regard to
the processing of development plans, authorizing the Administrative Officer to
promulgate rules and regulations to govern the processing of plans, and generally
relating to the functions of zoning administration and development management in
Baltimore County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Sections 26-2, 26-3, 26-120, 26-121(a) and (e), 26-128(a), 26-130, 26-131(a),

26-132(a), and 26-135(a)
