FOR the purpose of adopting necessary rules, regulations and conditions for the design,
acceptance, construction and maintenance of public and probate roads constructed
within the geographical confines of Queen Anne's County, Maryland; providing
design standards and principals; providing requirements concerning permits, bonds
and fees and procedures for road plan and construction permit approval; and
generally establishing guidelines, regulations and standards for the construction,
design and acceptance of public and private roads in Queen Anne's County.
