Repeal and Re-enactment with Amendments of the Queen Anne's County Floodplain

Ordinance

FOR the purpose of establishing Floodplain Zones within the geographical confines of
Queen Anne's County and requiring a permit for all development within the
designated Floodplain Zone; providing certain minimum standards for construction
within the Floodplain Zone; setting forth standards and procedures for submission
and approval of plans for development; and establishing penalties for failure to
comply with the provisions of this Ordinance.

Queen Anne's County Waterfront Village Center District Sub-Area Ordinance

FOR the purpose of adopting a new zoning classification for all property within an area
of the Kent Narrows vicinity of Queen Anne's County as set forth and shown on the
proposed Kent Narrows Sub-Area Zoning Map; establishing use, development,
setback, signage and other standards and regulations for the improvement,
development and redevelopment of all public and private property within said
Sub-Area District.

Maryland.
