A RESOLUTION concerning:

Charter of the Town of Manchester

FOR THE PURPOSE OF creating the office of Town Manager, providing for the
appointment, removal, powers, duties, compensation and term of office of the Town
Manager and to repeal, and to repeal and reenact with amendments, certain
provisions of said Charter which are inconsistent with the creation of such office as
hereafter set forth.

C13-1, and C13-2 of the Charter of the Town of Manchester, Carroll County, as found in
