CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1A-93

A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LONACONING adopted pursuant to the authority of
Article XI-E of the Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1990 Replacement Volume and 1992 Cumulative
Supplement) to amend the Charter of The Town of Lonaconing (set forth in Municipal
Charters. of Maryland, State Department of Legislative Reference, 1990 Edition, as
amended), by repealing and re-enacting, with amendments, Section 420 of said Charter,
authorizing the Council of the Town to determine by ordinance various matters
pertaining to the manner in which, and the terms and conditions on which, bonds, notes,
or other certificates of indebtedness of the Town may be issued, sold, delivered, secured,
paid and redeemed; and generally relating to the borrowing power of the Town.
