Section 690 of the Annotated Code), to any
jurisdiction shall be subject to the following
conditions:

(1)    Each jurisdiction shall submit FY 1993
per diem closeout data to the Department
of Public Safety and Correctional Services
by the close of business on September 15,
1993. For any jurisdiction for which the
Department of Public Safety and
Correctional Services has not received FY
1993 per diem closeout data by the close of
business on September 15, 1993, the
Department of Public Safety and
Correctional Services shall deduct a 20%
penalty from the net annual reimbursement
payment for that jurisdiction.

(2)    For any jurisdiction for which the
Department of Public Safety and
Correctional Services has not received FY
1993 per diem closeout data by the close of
business on October 15, 1993, the
Department of Public Safety and
Correctional Services shall deduct a 40%
penalty from the net annual reimbursement
payment for that jurisdiction.

(3)        For any jurisdiction for which the
Department of Public Safety and
Correctional Services has not received FY
1993 per diem closeout data by the close of
business on November 15, 1993, the
Department of Public Safety and
Correctional Services shall deduct a 60%
penalty from the net annual reimbursement
payment for that jurisdiction.

(4)        For any jurisdiction for which the
Department of Public Safety and
Correctional Services has not received FY
1993 per diem closeout data by the close of
business on December 15, 1993, the
Department of Public Safety and
Correctional Services shall deduct an 80%
penalty from the net annual reimbursement
payment for that iurisdiction.
