CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. 103

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and City Council of Cumberland, Maryland, adopted
pursuant to the authority contained in Article 11-E of the Constitution of the State of
Maryland, and Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, entitled
"Municipal Corporations," as said Section was enacted by Chapter 423 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, 1955, entitled "A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE
CHARTER OF THE CITY OF CUMBERLAND, MARYLAND (1991 EDITION), BY
REPEALING SECTION 36(d), and enacting a new Section 36(d)."

RESOLUTION NO. 421

A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF DENTON,
SPECIFICALLY SECTION C6-15 TO AMEND THE TIME IN WHICH OVERDUE REAL
PROPERTY AND TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY MAY BE COLLECTED, REDUCING
THE TIME FOR COLLECTION FROM EIGHTEEN (18) MONTHS TO SIX (6) MONTHS, OR
ANY TIME THEREAFTER.
