CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. R-l-1992

A CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Town Council of Colmar
Manor, Maryland to amend Section 202 of the Town Charter in order to redistrict the
boundaries of the four (4) wards of the Town of Colmar Manor pursuant to the provisions
of Section 203 of the Town Charter and the results of the decennial census conducted in
the United States of America according to the requirements of the Constitution of the
United States as approved by the Mayor and Town Council at there meeting on March 5,
1991.

[Section 202 of the Charter of the Town of Colmar Manor, Prince George's County,
as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990 Replacement
Edition), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date April 1, 1992]

CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. B-2-1992

A CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Town Council of Colmar
Manor, Maryland to amend Section 505 of the Town Charter in order to establish a new
hour for the Board of Elections Supervisors to open polls on Town election days.

[Section 505 of the Charter of the Town of Colmar Manor, Prince George's County,
as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990 Replacement
Edition), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date April 1, 1992]

COTTAGE CITY

CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. 92-2

A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF COTTAGE CITY,
MARYLAND, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article HE of the Constitution of
Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
Edition, as amended) to amend the Charter of the said town, said Charter being Subtitle
or Article 17 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland (1963 Edition, as amended), which
article contains in whole or in part the Charter of the Town of Cottage City, by repealing
and reenacting with amendments Section 7 of said Charter whereby the minimum age for
a Commissioner for the Town of Cottage City is lowered from age twenty-five (25) to age
twenty-one (21).
