CHARTER RESOLUTION 92-CR-2

A Resolution of the Mayor and Council of the City of College Park, Maryland, to Amend
the City Charter so as to Require that Any Change in Salary for the Mayor and/or Council
Not Take Effect Until the Next Sitting Council

[Section C3-4 of the Charter of the City of College Park, Prince George's County,
as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990 Replacement
Edition), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

CHARTER RESOLUTION 92-CR-6

A resolution to amend Article X of the City Charter relative to the City's Budget in order
to bring it more fully into conformity with the corresponding provisions in the Model
Charter of the National League of Cities, and to permit the budget to be amended at the
budget adoption meeting without the need of re-advertising the proposed amendment in
advance of voting on it
