Further provided that $764,786 for the Licensing
and Enforcement Program may not be
expended until the Department of Budget and
Fiscal Planning approves the division's
organization chart. A copy of the organization
chart should be presented for budget
committee review (45 day period) prior to
submission to the Department of Budget and
Fiscal Planning. The Department of Budget
and Fiscal Planning should approve the
division's organization structure no later than
July 1, 1993.....................................................
34.02.01.06 Consumer Affairs
General Fund Appropriation, provided that
$13,057 $0 of this amount is contingent
, upon the enactment of legislation altering
certain fees for certain insurance licenses,
certificates, service of legal process, and
filings; providing for the imposition of
certain fees; and generally relating to fees
collected by the Insurance Commissioner.
Further provided that $1,129,001 for the
Consumer Affairs Program may not be
expended until the Department of Budget and
Fiscal Planning approves the division's
organization chart. A copy of the organization
chart , should be presented for budget
