$650 in every instance where other resources,
including available death benefits of the
estate of the decedent, are available. Funds
allocated but not expended for funeral
expenses shall be available for eviction
assistance grants.

Should cost containment actions be necessary
during fiscal year 1994, it is the intent of the
General Assembly that grant levels in
assistance payments programs not be reduced
below levels appropriated herein.
