It is the intent of the General Assembly that
all appropriations provided for salaries and
wages in the Laboratories Administration
32.10.02 are to be used only for the
purposes heroin appropriated and may not
be transferred by budget amendment or
otherwise, to any other programs. Except
that these funds may be expended within
budget code 32.10.02 for contractual
employees and laboratory supplies and may
be transferred to direct care community
services in the Mental Hygiene
Administration or Developmental

Disabilities Administration. General funds
budgeted for this purpose which remain
unexpended at the end of the fiscal year
shall revert to the general fund.

32.10.02.01 Laboratory Services
