General Fund Appropriation, provided that
no more than $1,222,058 may be spent for
cancer prevention media advertising.

Further provided that the department is
requested to maximize opportunities to take
advantage of free advertising and public
service announcements as part of its cancer
prevention program ........................................

32.06.02.03 Family Planning Initiative

General Fund Appropriation...........................

It is the intent of the General Assembly that
in expending funds herein appropriated for
the family planning initiative the
Department shall take measures to assure

. that:

(1) Counseling of minors includes
encouragement of abstinence and parental
involvement in service decisions;

(2) Counseling includes advice as to all
available family planning options;

(3) Counseling is not conducted in a manner
which may have the effect of coercing a
client to choose a particular option;
