[(d)](H) In Cecil County, in addition to the penalty provided in [subsection (b)]
SUBSECTIONS (C), (D), (E), AND (F) of this section, if any of the activities listed in
[subsection (b)] SUBSECTIONS (C), (D), (E), AND (F) of this section are found to occur on
the premises for which the license was issued, the holder of the license, or any employee,
entertainer, or patron who performs any of the listed activities, is guilty of a misdemeanor
and shall be fined or imprisoned according to the penalty set forth in § 200 of this article.
(I) (1) THIS SUBSECTION APPLIES ONLY IN FREDERICK COUNTY.
(2) BEFORE THE PENALTIES FOR WHICH PROVISION IS MADE BY THIS
SECTION CAN BE APPLIED, THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS SHALL OBTAIN
FROM THE CIRCUIT COURT A DECLARATORY JUDGMENT THAT THE PERFORMANCE
IS OBSCENE.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1993.

AN ACT concerning
Weights and Measures Inspection - Coordination
FOR the purpose of authorizing the Secretary of Agriculture to conduct and coordinate
inspection procedures for weights and measures with inspections performed by
other State units for certain purposes; requiring the Secretary, in cooperation with
the Secretary of the Environment and the Comptroller, to develop a coordinated
program for inspecting gasoline stations for certain purposes; requiring certain
motor fuel samples to be collected in conjunction with a certain inspection program
under certain circumstances; requiring the Department of the Environment to
cooperate in the development of a certain inspection program for certain gasoline
dispensing systems; requiring the Secretary of Budget and Fiscal Planning, in
conjunction with certain other agencies, to prepare a certain plan for consolidation
of certain services, programs, and functions, and to submit the plan by a certain date
to the Legislative Policy Committee; establishing the required contents of a certain
plan; providing for various effective dates for portions of this Act; and generally
relating to weights and measures inspections, and the consolidation and
coordination of inspection programs conducted by the State.
