Ch. 641 1993 LAWS OF MARYLAND [(iv)] (4) [Permitting] PERMIT any employee or person to wear or use [(2)](D) With respect to entertainment provided, A PERSON MAY NOT: [(i)] (1) [Permitting] PERMIT any person to perform acts of or acts [1.] (I) Sexual intercourse, masturbation, sodomy, bestiality, [2.] (II) The touching, caressing or fondling of the breast, [3.] (III) The displaying of the pubic hair, anus, vulva or [(ii)](2) [Permitting] PERMIT any entertainer whose breasts and/or [(iii)] (3) [Permitting] PERMIT any person to use artificial devices or [(3)] (E) [Exhibiting or showing] A PERSON MAY NOT EXHIBIT OR SHOW [(i)] (1) Acts or simulated acts of sexual intercourse, masturbation, [(ii)](2) Any person being touched, caressed or fondled on the breast, [(iii)] (3) Scenes where a person displays the vulva or anus or the [(iv)](4) Scenes where artificial devices or inanimate objects are [(4)](F) [Permitting] A PERSON MAY NOT PERMIT any person to remain [(c)] (G) [A provision] THE PROVISIONS of this section [does] DO not permit - 3120 -
